For example, in 2007 we purchased the Textile Chemical Division of Dexter Chemical LLC, a New York-based company known for its extensive line of preparation and wet processing chemicals. Dexter pioneered in the use of chemicals for stonewashing and was granted many patents for various looks and treatments of jeans. The acquisition brought many new resources to our table and has enabled us to become a full-service chemical supplier to the textile industry.

Our business continues to expand and evolve, but the key to our success -- our commitment to quality and to our customers -- never changes.

Bolger & O'Hearn manufactures, toll manufactures, and distributes over 2,500 specialty chemical products for the non-woven, paper, and textile industries. We specialize in innovative coatings, specialty coatings -- such as Soft Feel -- and exhaust dyeing (pigment systems, pretreatment, and enzymes). We serve customers of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and our products are sold globally.

When our customers need assistance, a member of our technical team will go on-site at their facilities to share our expertise and solve any issues. Bolger & O'Hearn has been selling uniquely efficient and consistently high quality chemicals for over 40 years, since our founding in 1969. Since our traditional beginnings in the textile industry, we have expanded into paper coatings, non-wovens, and many other non-traditional, non-textile manufactured unique products that find applications in a wide range of industries. Today, our diverse and comprehensive product line -- with over 2,500 customized chemicals currently available -- is sold globally.

We are a global business, with technical consultants, specialized chemists, and production, research, and laboratory facilities in the U.S.A. and Honduras. These facilities provide a leading edge in technology for meeting today's increasingly demanding environmental regulations and performance requirements.
