Building on our
Strengths:
Our Acquisition of
Dexter Chemical LLC

Our capabilities to serve the textile industry grew even stronger in 2007 when we purchased the Textile Chemical Division of Dexter Chemical LLC, a unique company with an extensive line of products for the textile wet processing industry. Like Bolger & O'Hearn, Dexter has deep experience producing specialty chemicals. At the time of the acquisition, the company had been in business for 62 years and had facilities in Charlotte, NC and in New York. Its distinctions include:
As a result of the acquisition, we are now a full-service chemical supplier to the textile industry and provide a wide selection of products to improve the processability and quality of textiles.
At the Forefront in
Foam Finishing
Bolger & O'Hearn's proprietary foam finishing technology will drastically reduce your textile finishing energy costs, increase productivity, and decrease production costs. For example, energy savings of more than 50% can be realized, and productivity increases of 10% to 50% can be achieved.

Developed in 1978, our technology is not only thoroughly tested and proven, but is easier to operate on a wider variety of fabrics than other approaches. In addition to savings, customers achieve tangible benefits, including:
And since our technology requires less energy and less chemicals, it is environmentally friendly as well as cost-effective.
